• eVoucher will be valid until 20 April 2025 and must be presented upon redemption.

• Advance order of 72 hours is required.

• Collection of goodies will be at level 25 of the hotel, Treats on 25 Pop-up Shop, from 12pm – 8pm. 

• No cancellation or changes for confirmed orders.

• Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing 9% GST.

• eVoucher is NOT eligible for World of Hyatt Points.

• eVoucher is valid for single use only and cannot be extended, refunded, redeemed for cash, resold, or transferred for value. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions. Any fraudulent or unlawful transfer or use of the eVoucher is subject to cancellation. In case of disputes regarding eVoucher usage, the hotel reserves the right to make the final decision and may request alternative forms of payment if the voucher is fraudulently obtained or used.
