6. eVoucher is valid for single use only and cannot be extended, refunded, redeemed for cash, resold, or transferred for value. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions. Any fraudulent or unlawful transfer or use of the eVoucher is subject to cancellation. In case of disputes regarding eVoucher usage, the hotel reserves the right to make the final decision and may request alternative forms of payment if the voucher is fraudulently obtained or used.
