After booking, a 48-hours cancellation policy applies, with a complimentary one-time change of room stay date within the 48-hour cancellation period. New stay date is subject to availability upon reservation through stay@andaz.com. In the event of further late cancellations or no-shows, room voucher will be forfeited.

The maximum occupancy per room is strictly two adults and maximum one child (below 12 and sharing the existing bedding). Children below 6 years old enjoy complimentary breakfast, and kids between 7 and 12 years old enjoy a 50% discount.
